As the Lower East Side continues to grow and evolve, the BID overseeing the district has undertaken a robust placemaking strategy to support the area’s community and economic development initiatives.

To activate a series of public spaces including Seward Park and the Division and Canal plaza, we partnered with local artists to design and implement a series of Jersey barrier benches, tables, and planters.
